Five floors, one lift, and a stair at each end of the corridor. Brecon Rooms sit on levels 1 and 2 on the town side. Marine Rooms run from level 2 to level 4 on the lake side. Jetty Rooms take the north-west corners on levels 3 and 4. The suites are on levels 4 and 5.
Every room has double glazing, blackout curtains, a safe that takes a laptop, a fridge, tea and plunger coffee, and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Air conditioning is individually controlled and the windows open.
Housekeeping runs daily unless you hang the card out. Ski, board and bike storage is racked and locked on the lower ground floor, next to the drying room. Cots and highchairs are free and should be asked for at the time of booking rather than on arrival.

Twenty-two rooms facing the bay. The bed splits into two singles if you ask at the time of booking. Bath and shower in all twenty-two, an armchair at the window, and a wardrobe with room for ski gear. Level 3 and above clears the terrace roof and gives you water for the full width of the window.

Three suites on the top floor. Each has a terrace with an outdoor sofa and a heater, a freestanding bath at the window, a kitchenette and a wine fridge stocked from the Gibbston list. Late checkout at 2pm is written into the rate. There are three and not four because the lift plant takes the south end of the floor.
