Packages are available all year, subject to rooms being free on the nights you want. They are quoted for two guests unless the line says otherwise, and they include everything already in a room rate: breakfast, the bath house, internet and storage.

Day Delegate
Per person, per dayRoom hire from 8am to 5pm in The Steamer Hall or The Bob’s Cove Room, morning and afternoon tea, a working lunch in Cecil & Walter, screen, sound and a technician on call. Minimum twelve people.

- Nights must be consecutive and in the same room type.
- Deposits and cancellation follow the Booking & Stay Terms: seven days out for a full refund, credit inside that.
- Unused parts of a package are not refunded or exchanged. If a boat is cancelled by weather, the operator reschedules it or refunds that leg to you directly.
- Gaming credit in the Stay and Play package is issued at reception to guests aged 20 and over on production of photo identification. It cannot be exchanged for cash, does not carry over to a later stay, and is not part of the room rate.
- The day delegate rate is per person per day and needs twelve people or more. Catering changes are taken up to 72 hours before the day.
About the Stay and Play package
The Earnslaw Room is a room inside the hotel. Entry is restricted to guests and visitors aged 20 and over, with photo identification checked at the door. Gaming credit is loaded to a card at reception and can only be used in that room, in person. Nothing on this website can be played, staked or deposited, and Wave Passage does not offer online or remote gaming of any kind.
